1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original condition
Unworn and unwashed
With all original tags and packaging intact

Important:
Orders placed with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Additionally, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and sale items may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@audlay-london.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization:
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
Return costs typically range between £15 and £30, depending on the quantity of items

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Orders discounted at 50% or more are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or color, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases:

We will cover return shipping costs
A replacement or refund will be provided where applicable

Delivery Issues:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address or unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
